These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bk66 ("bk66", "we", "us", "the Platform"), accessible at bk66.lat. Deposits: All deposits are credited to your bk66 wallet in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method. bk66 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion;

Decisions by bk66 on the settlement of bets are final. Disputes may be raised through the customer support channel within 30 days of the relevant event settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk66 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or exploiting inside knowledge of sporting events;
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity information;
• Any form of money laundering or structuring deposits to avoid detection;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform;
• Allowing minors to use your account under any circumstances.

bk66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bk66 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

bk66 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on bk66, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

bk66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bk66 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the bk66 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be contractually waived.
